| Abstract: The NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) has developed geographic information on the boundaries of shellfish growing areas in NH's tidal waters. Under the authority granted by RSA 143:21, RSA 143:21-a and RSA 487:34, NHDES uses a set of guidelines and standards known as the National Shellfish Sanitation Program (NSSP) for classifying shellfish growing areas. | |
